Basically, international tracking has become a nightmare since Covid and Brexit.

Brexit particularly has caused a massive massive backlog of parcels because every single item sent from the UK now has to clear customs in each EU country.

If you are seeing this in your tracking history:

..this means the parcel is in your local customs and excise warehouse awaiting customs clearance. It does not mean it's lost, missing, delayed etc.

The problem is that parcels are not barcode scanned into customs warehouses because they're not part of the postal system, they are only scanned when they are released from Customs and then the tracking will start to update again.

This is not something we like to say, but there is literally nothing we can do about this because it's totally out of our control. If it's any help, then the parcels do always get released because we fill in the customs paperwork correctly, it's just that local Customs offices / warehouses just can't seem to process the volume of items quickly.
