This is a "elan" Easi Mute which enables switching of 6 Vehicle speakers simultaneously via a fused Device with Resetable Thermal fuses.
It has shortcircuit protection, time out delay when telephone call is ended to ensure Audio Quality is never compromised from isolated mute input / output signals

It is  for the following cars with MMI Multimedia Interface 3 (i.e has 2 SD card slots )
